Resumen
Los quistes paratiroideos son infrecuentes. Presentamos el caso de una mujer de 33 años con una tumoración quística en el lóbulo tiroideo derecho. El contenido quístico, obtenido por punciónaspiración, mostró una elevada concentración de hormona paratiroidea (PTH). La paciente fue operada, extirpándosele el quiste. El diagnóstico anatomopatológico fue quiste paratiroideo.

Abstract
Parathyroid cysts are rare in clinical practiquel. We report of 33 years old woman, with a cystic lesion in the right lobe of thyroid. The content of the cyst obtained through needle aspiration, showed a high PTH concentration (parathiroidhormone). The patient underwent surgery and the cyst was removed. The anatomopathological diagnosis was a parathyroid cyst.
