Until that time, I had worked at Hospital de Hellín (Hellín, Albacete). Consequently, I was working at Hospital del Mar Menor at the time that I sent the final review for publication of the article in question. Not knowing what location should be stated as workplace, I turned to the Vancouver standards,<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0005"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">1</span></a> whose section on title pages indicates that the following should be mentioned: “the name of each author, with their highest academic rank and workplace”, which apparently solved my doubts.</p><p id="par0010" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Nevertheless, had I taken the time to read all the rules in their entirety, I would later have found out that the following must also be stated: “the name of the department and institution to which the work should be attributed”.</p><p id="par0015" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Therefore, I wish to thank the authors of the letter for the opportunity that they have granted me to clarify this issue: the work was carried out entirely at Hospital de Hellín.
