Resumen
Presentamos el caso clínico de un paciente sometido a un procedimiento endourológico (dilatación neumática con balón de estenosis ureteral) que presenta en el transcurso del mismo un bucle iatrogénico del catéter doble J y su posterior manejo terapéutico.
