Dos pacientes con microcalcificaciones testiculares (MT)

Mostramos la ecografía de ambos testes de paciente de 40años, padre de dos hijos, que consultó por orquialgia leve, enla que se aprecian microcalcificaciones múltiples bilaterales.Seguimiento durante los cuatro últimos años, con ecografía ymarcadores testiculares cada seis meses, sin aparentes cambiosecográficos, marcadores normales y sin clínica alguna.

The ultrasonograms obtained from both testes of a 40 year old patient, father of two, who complained of mild orchialgia are shown. Multiple bilateral microcalcifications can be seen in the scans. The patient has been followed up during the last four years with ultrasonography and testicular markers every six months, without finding any changes to the ultrasonograms. Testicular markers are normal and the patient remains asymptomatic.
