Resumen
La rotura traumática de los cuerpos cavernosos del pene es una urgencia urológica rara. Presentamos un caso de este traumatismo peneano, tratado de forma quirúrgica de urgencia, con buenos resultados morfológicos y funcionales.

Abstract
Traumatic rupture of the corpus cavernosum of the penis is rare, and has been reported infrequently. We present a case with this type of trauma, with immediate surgical management, with good morphologic and functional results.
