Presentamos un nuevo caso de leiomioma vesical en una paciente con clínica inespecífica, y en la que las pruebas de imagen preoperatorias no lo orientaron. El diagnóstico definitivo lo dio el estudio anatomopatológico de la pieza quirúrgica
