El carácter poco habitual de esta enfermedad en el aparato genital y el difícil diagnóstico clínico, nos ha llevado a su publicación. Comentario y consideraciones del compromiso testicular de un linfoma sin otra manifestación inicial en el sistema linforreticular. El linfoma testicular es de presentación inusual y su terapéutica precisa un soporte oncohematológico.
