Resumen
Presentamos el caso de un varón de 41 años, en tratamiento antidepresivo con trazodona, que acudió a nuestro servicio por presentar cuadro de priapismo de 72 horas de evolución. Revisamos la literatura y dada la escasez de casos hace que publiquemos éste.

Abstract
We present a 41 years old male, treated with trazodone because of depression. He was seen at our Andrology unit for a 72 hours evolutioned priapism. We review the literature and submit this paper for publication because it is an uncommon pathology.
