Resumen
Se presenta un caso de quiste mesentérico con repercusión sobre el uréter izquierdo. El examen físico y la palpación abdominal fue determinante en su diagnóstico que, posteriormente confirmó la TAC en su localización, tamaño y contenido líquido.

We expose a mesenteric cyst with obstruction on the left ureter. Physical abdominal examination was essential in the mass diagnosis. Definitive location, size and liquid structure was confirmed by CT.
