Resumen
En el siguiente trabajo, se describe un caso de brucelosis sistémica acompañada de una orquitis brucelar, resuelta favorablemente. Sin embargo recidivó a nivel testicular, no recibiendo tratamiento correcto y desencadenó un nuevo episodio de brucelosis sistémica.

Abstract
This paper describes a case of systemic brucellosis accompanied by brucellar orchitis that resolved favourably. There was however a relapse at the testicular level inappropriately treated that triggered a new episode of systemic brucellosis.
