Se describe el caso de una mujer de 43 años con sintomatología de llenado y vaciado tras realizaciónde histerectomía con estudio urodinámico compatible con obstrucción infravesical. Se diagnosticóun hidrosalpinx izquierdo que fue tratado quirúrgicamente tras el cual la paciente quedo asintomática.

We report here the case of a 43-year-old woman with irritating and obstructive symptoms after having undergone a hysterectomy. Bladder outlet obstruction was observed in a Urodynamic study. She was later diagnosed with a left hydrosalpinx. Salpingectomy was performed and as a result all symptoms disappeared.
