Resumen
Presentamos un nuevo caso de triplicación ureteral completa (tipo I en la clasificación de Smith), con reflujo vesicoureteral sintomático de grado V/V en el sistema inferior y anulación del parénquima renal correspondiente, asociada a duplicidad ureteral contralateral, que fue tratada con nefroureterectomía polar inferior izquierda.

Abstract
We report a new case of ureteral triplication (type I in Smith’s classification) with a grade V/V vesicoureteral symptomatic reflux to the lower group and non-functional renal parenchima in this part of the kidney, associated with contralateral ureteral duplication. It was treated by left lower pole nephroureterectomy.
