Resumen
En el diagnóstico diferencial de tumoraciones pélvicas están incluidos los tumores neurogénicos de origen retroperitoneal. En este artículo se describen el caso clínico de una paciente con tumoración anexial y sospecha de enfermedad de Von Reklinghausen, el diagnóstico inicial y el resultado anatomopatológico final.
Abstract
The differential diagnosis of pelvic masses includes retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors. We report the case of a patient with an adnexal tumor and suspected von Recklinghausen disease. The initial diagnosis and final pathologic result are described.
