Resumen

Nos encontramos ante el caso de una paciente embarazada con un brote agudo de su enfermedad de Crohn sin seguimiento de su tratamiento que,aun comenzando con un estado quiescente,se ve afectada por un cuadro agudo de microperforación ileal.

Abstract

We were presented with the case of a pregnant patient with a recurrence of her Crohn’s disease.She was receiving no treatment, which began gently but ended acutely with an ileal micro-perforation.
