Resumen
Paciente nulípara de 46 años de edad diagnosticada de enfermedad de Fahr, que tras 2 años de tratamiento con L-DOPA, quedó gestante espontáneamente. El embarazo llegó a término, libre de síntomas, sin que precisara tratamiento. Tras el parto se pautó anticoncepción con progesterona. En la actualidad, tras 12 meses, continúa asintomática.
Abstract
We report the case of a 46-year-old nulliparous woman diagnosed with Fahr's disease, who became pregnant after 2 years of therapy with L-dopa. The pregnancy developed at term and the patient showed no symptoms of the disease, although she was not under treatment. After delivery, the patient was prescribed progesterone treatment and remains asymptomatic 12 months later
