Resumen

La fibromatosis mamaria es una entidad benignacon un crecimiento local infiltrante y con recidivas locales. Supone menos del 0, 2% de los tumores mamarios. Clínicamente puede simular un carcinoma. Eltratamiento adecuado es la extirpación del tumor conmárgenes amplios.

Abstract

Breast fibromatosis is a benign entity with locally infiltrating growth and local recurrences. It accounts for less than 0.2% of breast tumors. Clinically it can mimic a carcinoma. Treatment is with wide surgical incision.
