Abstract

Cystic hygroma is a congenital defect associated to chromosomal anomalies: we present this case diagnosed by ultrasound examination following 13 weeks of amenorrhoea, and confirmed at the 16th week. It is of interest because prenatal diagnosis can be made during the first trimester using ultrasound control.
