Summary
In this clinical case, we wish to demonstrate how a benign breast pathology can also end up being completely destructive, and even be confused with a mammary carcinoma. Although for this, many years of evolution are necessary. Due to information programmesand early detection of breast cancer this is not habitual today.

Describimos en este artículo un interesante caso de papiloma gigante debido a su larga evolución, el cual es difícil de encontrar hoy día gracias a la elevada información sobre las enfermedades de la mama.
