Summary
We present the case of a 70 year old woman with a CAT. Diagnosis of seven intra-abdominal tumours, with a clinical suspicion of ovarian cancer with peritoneal implants. It was, in fact, a pleomorphic sarcoma (liposarcoma type) of the soft tissue. All the tumours were resected, but the patient died two and a half months after surgery
