Summary

We present the clinical case of a 36 year old woman who had a previous kidney transplant with a spontaneous twin pregnancy and bilateral reflux. The pregnancy progressed without complications until the appearance of a severe foetal growth retardation which required ending the pregnancy. We present this case and make a review of renal transplant and gestation.
