Summary

We present the case of a 29 year old woman with a parauterine, paraureteral tumour, whose diagnosis, following resection and anatamopathological diagnosis, was of cellular fibroleiomyoma. It was probably ureteral, however we cannot be sure of its origin. We discuss this fact and conclude that there are cases which are difficult to diagnose with orientative explorations, the final diagnosis being anatamopathological, although this is not always satisfactory academically.
