This study is to determine the description of interpersonal communication between nurses and patients in inpatient installation at RSUD H. A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba.
MethodThis study was an observational research with a descriptive design and quantitative approach. The sampling method in this study was a proportional random sampling technique obtained within 94 respondents.
ResultsThe interpersonal communication between nurses and patients in inpatient installation at RSUD H. A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba on the openness dimension was 88.3% categorized in good category, empathy dimension was 51.1% categorized in good category, supportive attitude dimension was 67% categorized in bad category, positive attitude dimension was 84% categorized in good category, and openness dimension was 86.2% categorized in good category.
ConclusionInterpersonal communication between nurses and patients in inpatient installation at RSUD H. A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba can be categorized as good.
