La electroestimulación es un técnica cuya metodología variará dependiendo de la patología que abordemos,del tipo de paciente y de los objetivos que busquemos.En este caso nos centraremos en la población deportiva y el tema que trataremos ser´ la metodología de la electroestimulación en la que definiremos tres métodos que darán cobertura a los diferentes tipos de deportistas y a los diferentes estadios de las patología.Estos serán:
—Electroestimulación estática en acortamiento muscular.
—Electroestimulación dinámica.
—Electroestimulacián estática en estiramiento muscular.
Denominando estática cuando se realiza la técnica sin movilidad articular, es decir, la activación muscular no provocará movimiento articular y dinámica cuando la técnica se combina con movilidad articular provocada por la activación del grupo muscular estimulado.
The electrical stimulation is a technique, whose methodology will vary depending on the kind of pathology that we could treat, the type of patient and the aims that we research. In this case, we will focus on the sporty population and the subject that we would like to talk about will be the methology of electrical stimulation, in wich we will explain three methods that will cover the different types of sporty people and the different stages of the pathology. These are the following:
— Static electrical stimulation in muscular reduction.
— Dynamic electrical stimulation.
— Static electrical stimulation in muscular stretching
We will call «static» when the technique is carried out without any articulated mobility, that is to say, the muscular activity will cause articulated movement. And «dynamic», When the technique is combined with the articulated mobility by the movement of the stimulated muscular group.
