Mediante tratamiento quirúrgico se consiguió restaurar la función menstrual normal en una paciente que presentaba amenorrea secundaria a hidrocefalia, malformación de Chiari y siringomielia

Abstract
We present a case of amenorrhea secondary to hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation and syringomyelia. Surgical treatment corrected the various structural malformations and returned intracranial pressure to normal. Normal menstrual function was restored a few months later
