Resumen
La hemorragia intracraneal es una entidad rara pero de gran gravedad que puede complicar una gestación, y su aparición se ha descrito como complicación de los estados hipertensivos del embarazo. Describimos un caso clínico prenatal con desenlace fatal.

Abstract
Intracranial hemorrhage is an uncommon but lifethreatening complication of pregnancy. It is associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension. We report a case of antepartum intracranial hemorrhage with fatal outcome.
