Resumen

Se presenta un caso de neuropatía del nervio obturador tras un parto vaginal en una paciente de 35 años, una complicación poco frecuente y no siempre fácil de diagnosticar. Se describe la clínica que presentó la paciente, cómo se llegó al diagnóstico, el tratamiento que siguió y su evolución

We present the case of obturator nerve neuropathy after vaginal delivery in a 35-year-old patient. This complication is infrequent and is not always easy to diagnose. We describe the patient's clinical features, how the diagnosis was reached, her treatment and outcome
