Nevertheless, the article does not aim to establish the use of magnetic resonance imaging as a dogma or guideline; rather, the intention is to assess the usefulness of this test in the diagnosis of patellar malalignment. The final conclusion is that it does indeed help to increase the diagnostic accuracy of associated lesions, especially in the cartilage.
