Resumo
Este artigo descreve o tratamento ortodôntico de um adolescente que apresentava um incisivo lateral supra numerário, associado a uma biprotrusão e com uma mandíbula saliente. O tratamento incluiu a remoção do incisivo supranumerário, dos primeiros bicúspides e de um incisivo inferior.

Abstract
This article describes the orthodontic treatment of a boy whose malocclusion included a supranumerary upper incisor, a biprotrusion and a large mandible. The orthodontic treatment was performed with removal of the supernumerary upper incisor, the four first bicuspids and a lower central incisor.
