de 200 sujeitos (77 administrativos e 123 auxiliares de acção médica).</p> <span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle">Resultados</span><p id="spar0015" class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">A análise das respostas permitiu concluir que a satisfação profissional influenciava o absentismo laboral e verificou-se que tal não ocorria em todos os aspectos que compõem a satisfação profissional mas, fundamentalmente, nos relativos ao factor <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Satisfação fundamental</span>, exclusivamente na <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Relação com os colegas</span>, na categoria profissional dos <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Auxiliares de acção médica</span>; e no factor <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Condições materiais</span>, sobretudo nas <span de satisfação, com implicações no absentismo, sugerindo, como recomendações, uma atenção suplementar à justiça distributiva e procedimental aplicada ao trabalho por turnos, nos primeiros, bem como à
