Resumen
En este artículo de revisión se exponen una serie de recomendaciones para efectuar el ajuste de la dosis de los medicamentos más utilizados en la clínica, haciendo una mención especial a los que se usan en reumatología. Se comentan también las limitaciones de las fórmulas más empleadas para estimar el funcionalismo renal.

Abstract
The present article reviews a series of recommendations on dose adjustment of the drugs most widely used in clinical practice, especially those used in rheumatology. The limitations of the equations most frequently employed to estimate renal function are also discussed.
