Call for papers: Skill-Mix Innovation in Primary care
The growing population health, together with the family doctor’s shortage existing in many countries, requires the introduction of new health professionals in primary care teams together with changes in the professional competences of the existing ones. Sharing the ongoing projects and experiences related to these upgrades will improve the ongoing and future of skill-mix innovations.

Manuscript submission information:
The Atención Primaria’s submission system is open for submissions to our special issue titled "Skill-Mix Innovation in Primary care".
When submitting your manuscript, please select the article type VSI: Skill-Mix Innovation from the drop-down list. And the deadline to submit your manuscript will be 31st December 2024.
All submissions deemed suitable to be sent for peer review will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Once your manuscript is accepted, it will go into production, and will be simultaneously published in the current regular issue and pulled into the online Special Issue.
Articles from this Special Issue will appear in different regular issues of the journal, though they will be clearly marked and branded as Special Issue articles.

After a rapid expansion during the recent pandemic, today telemedicine has become an essential part of family doctors and nurses care. We want to learn from each other’s experiences of this emerging doctor/patient communication channel in order to improve both safety and quality of care.
The Special Issue accepts research on innovative experiences in planetary health in primary care or in the community.
