Pelvic organ prolapse is a frequent entity of variable complexity that has an impact on quality of life. The current surgical treatment of choice is colposacropexy. The robotic approach provides greater technical precision and ease of access to the different anatomical spaces, obtaining satisfactory results. This video demonstrates a step-by-step robotic rectocolposacropexy in a 59-year-old woman who had undergone a laparoscopic hysterectomy 15 years earlier and presented with a symptomatic mild anterior rectocele and moderate cystocele. The postoperative period was uneventful, and the patient was discharged on the second postoperative day. Six months later, she continued to be asymptomatic.
