Crohn’s disease (CD) is usually associated with extra-intestinal complications, including Crohn disease of the vulva. We present the case of a 31-year-old woman diagnosed with stenosing ileocolic Crohn’s disease with involvement of the terminal and perianal ileum. Four years after onset, she presented a lesion on the right labia, with no signs of infection or acute inflammation (Fig. 1). A biopsy was taken, which was identified as a lymphoplasmacytic and granulomatous infiltrate compatible with CD of the vulva (Fig. 2). There have been no randomized clinical trials evaluating specific therapies. As a first line of treatment, antibiotics such as metronidazole have been proposed, which we administered to our patient, who presented good evolution.
