Resumen

La confianza es uno de los factores críticos de éxito que permiten mejorar las organizaciones y por esto diversos autores se han interesado en su estudio. En este artículo, se realiza una revisión de literatura crítica sobre los distintos modelos existentes de confianza a nivel organizacional y se compilan los resultados de dicha revisión. Se busca, como objetivo de investigación, establecer esos elementos comunes que se encuentran bajo el concepto de confianza, con el fin de formular, a futuro, un modelo unificado de confianza. El resultado principal de esta revisión muestra elementos como el fideicomitente, el fideicomisario y los factores que afectan la confianza.

Abstract

Trust is one of the critical success factors for organizational improvement. Several authors have discussed trust models, but they are based on the characteristics of particular problems. However, in analyzing relevant literature using a state-of-the-art methodology, similarities were found that might allow generalization. This is the reason that this article provides a review of the state-of-the-art in trust on an organizational level. We also summarize the results of this review. The research goal is to establish common ground elements under the concept of trust. As future work, we plan to formulate a unified model of trust. Some elements such as trustee, trustor, and trust factors are shown as results of this state-of-the-art review.

Resumo

A confiança é um dos fatores críticos de êxito que permitem melhorar as organizações e por isso diversos autores se interessaram em seu estudo. Neste artigo é realizada uma revisão de literatura crítica sobre os diversos modelos de confiança existentes a nível organizacional e são compilados os resultados dessa revisão. Ele visa, como objetivo da pesquisa, estabelecer os elementos comuns que estão sob o conceito de confiança, a fim de formular, no futuro, um modelo unificado de confiança. O principal resultado desta análise mostra os elementos que o fideicomitente, o fideicomissário e os fatores que afetam a confiança.
