Se presenta un caso de hernia de Bochdaleck diagnosticado en la edad adulta. Es un tipo de patología excepcional fuera de la infancia con muy pocos casos registrados. Son menos los pacientes que se presentan con complicaciones evolutivas, como la obstrucción intestinal en nuestro caso.
A case of Bochdaleck's hernia after childhood is presented. Its occurrence after infancy is very rare and the association with complications such as bowel obstruction, as it happened in our case, even more, and taking into account the interest of its knowledge for the medical community.
Bochdaleck-en herniaren agerpena zaharzaroan oso gertakizun arraroa da gehien bat estearen ileoarekin bikotatu gertatzen denean.
