RESUMEN

El artículo propone identificar nuevas vías de generación de valor en mercados industriales caracterizados por un elevado grado de conocimiento técnico. En estas circunstancias, hemos detectado que los agentes, particularmente los prescriptores, tienen la necesidad creciente de disponer de servicios que incrementen el conocimiento y la confianza sobre el uso y utilización de los productos industriales. El trabajo expone una experiencia que persigue acometer la creación de valor y la internacionalización desarrollando redes eficientes en la creación, integración y transferencia de conocimiento susceptibles de ofrecer una respuesta eficaz a la toma de decisiones de los prescriptores y agentes frontera relacionados con los mercados industriales.

ABSTRACT

The paper purpose is to identify new ways for value generation in industrial products that need a high degree of specialized knowledge due to its technical component. The present research has found that agents who possess this knowledge have the growing necessity to identify services of value related to these products. It is included a purpose successfully applied in the business internationalization area, based on the generation of efficient networks connected to knowledge creation, integration and transference which allow to give a efficient response to prescriber decision making in industrial markets.
