Therefore, we designed a study to investigate two semiquantitative methods using digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) viewers to evaluate and score the OP patterns in ASS patients, and we acquired differently aerated lung compartment quantitative parameters by the workstation for modelling. The SQL for the GGO or CO scores were visual subjective judgements based on the interpretations from two radiologists, and these parameters did not correlate with the FVC% or FEV1% in the two SQL methods. However, the quantitative index MAfibrosis had a good correlation with the FVC% and FEV1%, indicating that the MAfibrosis may be a predictive factor for the results of the PFTs. To evaluate the heterogeneity, the correlations between the semiquantitative and quantitative HRCT were analysed, and the results showed that the GGOs and CG scored by the two SQL methods were related to the MAnonaerated. This indicates that there was a certain degree of consistency between the SQL and the SQL based on the OP pattern evaluation and that a simple SQL is an alternative method when conditions are limited.
