La artrodesis metatarsofalángica (MTTF) del hallux es un procedimiento validado y seguro que produce excelentes resultados y gran satisfacción para el paciente. Se han usado con éxito diferentes tipos de fijación. En este artículo mostramos los pasos a seguir para la realización de la técnica con un nuevo sistema endomedular que amplía las opciones del cirujano para realizar la fusión MTTF del hallux de forma rápida y sencilla.

Different types of fixation have been used successfully. In this article we show the steps to carry out the technique with a new endomedular system that extends the options of the surgeon to perform the first MTP fusion quickly and easily.
