sobretudo por permitir a identifica&#231;&#227;o da rela&#231;&#227;o est&#237;mulo&#8208;resposta implicada pela organiza&#231;&#227;o das cargas de trabalho adotadas durante determinado per&#237;odo observado<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0140"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">1</span></a>&#44; possibilitando a visualiza&#231;&#227;o da estrutura temporal dos conte&#250;dos aplicados<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0145"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">2</span></a> e otimiza&#231;&#227;o do processo organizativo da prepara&#231;&#227;o<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0150"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">3</span></a>&#46; No futebol&#44; a variabilidade de a&#231;&#245;es preconizadas durante a competi&#231;&#227;o exige do jogador o desenvolvimento conjunto de capacidades biomotoras como a resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia&#44; considerada predominante na modalidade&#44; bem como da velocidade e pot&#234;ncia muscular&#44; sendo estas determinantes para a&#231;&#245;es decisivas durante as partidas<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0155"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">4</span></a>&#46;</p><p id="par0010" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Sobre estas capacidades&#44; s&#227;o mencionadas na literatura pesquisas com 6<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0160"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">5</span></a>&#44; 7<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRefs" href="#bib0165"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">6&#44;7</span></a>&#44; 8<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0175"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">8</span></a>&#44; 10<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0180"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">9</span></a> e 11<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0185"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">10</span></a> semanas de investiga&#231;&#227;o de programas de treinamentos para futebolistas&#46; Na realidade do calend&#225;rio competitivo de futebolistas sub17 um macrociclo de prepara&#231;&#227;o pode ter a dura&#231;&#227;o m&#233;dia de 6&#8208;12 meses apresentando no per&#237;odo competitivo um ou 2 jogos por semana&#46; A equipe sub17 analisada nesta pesquisa apresentou per&#237;odo preparat&#243;rio de 6 semanas e competitivo de 17 semanas&#44; o que evidencia a validade ecol&#243;gica dos dados do presente estudo&#46; No per&#237;odo competitivo os atletas devem apresentar sua condi&#231;&#227;o m&#225;xima de desempenho&#44; pois s&#227;o disputadas as competi&#231;&#245;es mais importantes<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0190"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">11</span></a>&#46;</p><p id="par0015" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Dada a import&#226;ncia desta fase do treinamento&#44; S&#246;hnlein et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0195"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">12</span></a> destacam que ap&#243;s 12 semanas de treinamento no per&#237;odo competitivo as cargas das sess&#245;es devem ser readequadas para que n&#227;o ocorra estagna&#231;&#227;o e perda de desempenho&#46; Jovens futebolistas podem apresentar estados de perda de desempenho neste momento do treinamento<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0200"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">13</span></a>&#44; sobretudo em capacidades como pot&#234;ncia muscular e velocidade<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0140"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">1</span></a>&#46; Por exemplo&#44; 2 jogos no mesmo microciclo durante 6 semanas no per&#237;odo competitivo alteram negativamente a capacidade dos jogadores realizarem <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span>&#44; saltos e est&#237;mulos intermitentes<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0205"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">14</span></a>&#46; Neste sentido&#44; sess&#245;es de treinamento para desenvolvimento da for&#231;a&#44; pot&#234;ncia&#44; velocidade e resist&#234;ncia em alta intensidade devem ser inclu&#237;das no per&#237;odo competitivo de jovens jogadores de futebol<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0210"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">15</span></a>&#44; tendo em vista a manuten&#231;&#227;o e desenvolvimento das capacidades determinantes para a modalidade&#46;</p><p id="par0020" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">De fato&#44; Verkhoshansky<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0140"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">1</span></a> sustenta a ideia de que a principal capacidade biomotora respons&#225;vel pelo desempenho desportivo &#233; a velocidade&#44; que deve ser criteriosamente credenciada pelo enfoque do treinamento das diversas outras capacidades&#44; dependendo do desporto ou da modalidade a ser treinada&#46; Gomes et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a> afirmam que o desenvolvimento da capacidade de velocidade &#233; essencial para o sucesso competitivo dos futebolistas&#44; pois trata&#8208;se de um desporto caracterizado por esfor&#231;os intermitentes executados em regime de velocidade&#46; A&#231;&#245;es como chute&#44; saltos&#44; <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> e mudan&#231;as de dire&#231;&#227;o realizadas pelos jogadores dependem da performance em pot&#234;ncia e velocidade<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0220"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">17</span></a>&#46;</p><p id="par0025" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Al&#233;m disto&#44; o desempenho dos futebolistas em testes de velocidade tem sido utilizado para diferenciar o n&#237;vel competitivo de jovens futebolistas universit&#225;rios e entre profissionais de elite e amadores<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRefs" href="#bib0225"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">18&#44;19</span></a>&#46; De fato&#44; Barros et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0235"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">20</span></a>&#44; Silva et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0190"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">11</span></a> e Di Salvo et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0240"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">21</span></a> mencionam a capacidade de manuten&#231;&#227;o dos <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> durante partidas de futebol como fator importante para o desempenho na modalidade&#46; Por conseguinte&#44; seria de extrema import&#226;ncia entender os efeitos cr&#244;nicos do treinamento da velocidade em jovens futebolistas no per&#237;odo competitivo e contribuir com a coleta de dados de interesse num ambiente mais pr&#243;ximo do natural&#44; ou seja&#44; considerando a realidade da prepara&#231;&#227;o de jovens equipes do futebol brasileiro&#46; Assim&#44; o objetivo do presente estudo foi determinar a altera&#231;&#227;o da velocidade em jovens futebolistas no per&#237;odo competitivo e sua rela&#231;&#227;o com o conte&#250;do de treinamento&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0010" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0100">M&#233;todo</span><p id="par0030" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Este estudo trata&#8208;se de uma pesquisa longitudinal&#44; j&#225; que procurou&#8208;se entender durante 17 semanas de prepara&#231;&#227;o a altera&#231;&#227;o da velocidade durante o per&#237;odo competitivo de treinamento&#46; Os sujeitos da equipe investigada assinaram um termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido&#44; aprovado pelo Comit&#234; de &#201;tica Local&#44; protocolo n&#46;&#176; 43&#47;08&#46;</p><span id="sec0015" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0105">Sujeitos</span><p id="par0035" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">A amostra foi composta por 17 futebolistas &#40;16&#46;3<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>0&#46;4 anos&#44; 70&#46;2<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>6&#46;1<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>kg&#44; 176&#46;0<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>6&#46;4<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>cm&#41; de uma equipe masculina que participava do Campeonato sub17 da Federa&#231;&#227;o Paulista de Futebol &#40;Brasil&#41;&#44; dos quais todos tinham hist&#243;rico de no m&#237;nimo um ano de treinamento sistematizado &#40;4&#8208;5 vezes por semana&#44; 9&#46;1<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>3&#46;1<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>h&#46;sem<span class="elsevierStyleSup">&#8722;1</span>&#41; na modalidade&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0020" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0110">Avalia&#231;&#227;o da velocidade</span><p id="par0040" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Realizou&#8208;se o teste de velocidade em 10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m &#40;V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; e 30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m &#40;V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41;&#46; A primeira dist&#226;ncia representa a capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o do futebolista e a segunda sua velocidade m&#225;xima&#44; dominante&#44; conforme balizamentos descritos por Young et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0250"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">23</span></a>&#46; Para a mensura&#231;&#227;o do tempo nos testes utilizou&#8208;se o sistema de fotoc&#233;lulas <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Velocity Test</span> 6&#46;0 CEFISE<span class="elsevierStyleSup">&#174;</span>&#46; resist&#234;ncia de for&#231;a &#40;16&#46;4&#37;&#41;&#44; coordena&#231;&#227;o motora &#40;1&#46;6&#37;&#41;&#44; for&#231;a m&#225;xima &#40;1&#46;2&#37;&#41;&#44; pot&#234;ncia muscular &#40;1&#46;2&#37;&#41;&#44; seguiu&#8208;se balizamentos descritos inicialmente por Gomes e Souza<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a>&#44; em que a divis&#227;o ocorre por meio das capacidades predominantes desenvolvidas nos treinamentos &#40;resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia&#44; anaer&#243;bia e t&#233;cnica&#8208;t&#225;tica&#44; coordena&#231;&#227;o motora&#44; for&#231;a&#44; pot&#234;ncia muscular&#44; velocidade e agilidade&#41;&#46; A <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0005">tabela 1</a> apresenta a descri&#231;&#227;o dos meios e m&#233;todos utilizados&#44; bem como capacidades predominantes desenvolvidas nos treinamentos&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0005"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0070" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Cabe destacar que tal classifica&#231;&#227;o baseou&#8208;se na predomin&#226;ncia do est&#237;mulo empregado nas sess&#245;es consideradas&#44; ou seja&#44; em determinadas situa&#231;&#245;es visualizava&#8208;se participa&#231;&#227;o de mais de uma capacidade biomotora em uma mesma sess&#227;o de treinamento&#46; A partir disto foi considerado o volume percentual das capacidades biomotoras trabalhadas nas sess&#245;es de treinos das 17 semanas observadas&#44; bem como entre os momentos do estudo &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0010">tabela 2</a>&#41;&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0010"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0075" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">A <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0015">tabela 3</a> apresenta a distribui&#231;&#227;o do volume das sess&#245;es de treinamento em metros&#44; sendo uma voltada ao treinamento em jogos reduzidos e outra ao m&#233;todo intervalado por meio de corridas&#46; Analisando 16 futebolistas profissionais espanh&#243;is&#44; N&#250;&#241;ez et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0260"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">25</span></a> apontaram que a melhoria da resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia produziu na 1<span class="elsevierStyleSup">a</span> fase do treinamento &#40;12 semanas&#41; consequ&#234;ncias negativas para o desenvolvimento das capacidades neuromusculares&#46; No estudo de Bravo et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0155"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">4</span></a>&#44; os 2 programas de treinamento &#40;Programa 1 M&#233;todo Intervalado&#58; 4 s&#233;ries de 4 min de corridas a 90&#8208;95&#37; da frequ&#234;ncia card&#237;aca m&#225;xima&#59; Programa 2 M&#233;todo de Repeti&#231;&#227;o de <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Sprints</span>&#58; 3 s&#233;ries de 6 <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> na dist&#226;ncia de 40<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; n&#227;o implicaram no desenvolvimento da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m em 7 semanas para 42 jovens futebolistas&#46;</p><p id="par0105" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Os resultados encontrados por Bravo et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0155"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">4</span></a>&#44; N&#250;&#241;ez et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0260"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">25</span></a> e Hill&#8208;Haas et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0170"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">7</span></a>&#44; aliados aos encontrados no presente estudo&#44; sugerem aten&#231;&#227;o especial para a estrutura organizativa de prepara&#231;&#227;o aplicada aos futebolistas&#46; Alguns fatores como efeito do treinamento combinado das capacidades biomotoras&#44; ajustes espec&#237;ficos ocasionados pela metodologia de prepara&#231;&#227;o adotada&#44; bem como sequ&#234;ncia de aplica&#231;&#227;o das cargas de treinamento podem explicar a sens&#237;vel melhoria da capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o &#40;V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; e queda de desempenho na velocidade m&#225;xima dos jogadores &#40;V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41;&#46;</p><p id="par0110" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Particularmente quanto &#224; sequ&#234;ncia de aplica&#231;&#227;o das cargas de trabalho&#44; cabe destacar o baixo volume de treinamentos espec&#237;ficos dedicados ao desenvolvimento das vari&#225;veis controladas no estudo &#40;V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41;&#46; Enfatizou&#8208;se o treinamento da capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o e velocidade m&#225;xima somente em 7 &#40;1&#44; 5&#44; 6&#44; 9&#44; 10&#44; 12&#44; 15 a 17&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0010">tabela 2</a>&#41; das 17 semanas observadas&#46; Al&#233;m disto&#44; verificou&#8208;se pequeno volume de treinamento &#40;em metros&#41; para as manifesta&#231;&#245;es da velocidade &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0015">tabela 3</a>&#41;&#46; De acordo com Gomes et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a>&#44; o volume de trabalho indicado para uma sess&#227;o de treinamento da velocidade situa&#8208;se entre 600&#8208;900<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m com intensidade acima de 24<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>km&#47;h&#46; Diferentemente&#44; o volume total de treinamentos entre M1&#8208;M2 &#40;10 semanas&#41; e M2&#8208;M3 &#40;7 semanas&#41; foi de 2&#46;535<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e 1&#46;100<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; respectivamente&#46;</p><p id="par0115" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Certamente isto influenciou as respostas encontradas para as vari&#225;veis do estudo&#44; sobretudo para a V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#46; O aperfei&#231;oamento da velocidade dos desportistas depende do volume&#44; intensidade e magnitude da carga aplicada&#44; bem como a correta sistematiza&#231;&#227;o do treinamento ao longo da temporada competitiva&#46; Neste sentido&#44; os futebolistas da equipe analisada n&#227;o sofreram est&#237;mulos espec&#237;ficos voltados para V10m e V30m&#46; De acordo com Gomes et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a> o volume ideal para uma sess&#227;o de treino de velocidade m&#225;xima e capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o deve apresentar valores entre 600 &#224; 900 m&#46; Neste sentido&#44; a dist&#226;ncia total de treinamento destas capacidades durante as 17 semanas observadas foi de 3635 m &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0015">tabela 3</a>&#41;&#44; portanto&#44; baixo volume de treino dedicado a V10m e V30m&#46; Foi verificado volume total de 3&#46;635<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m durante as 17 semanas observadas&#44; diferente do volume preconizado por Gomes et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a> como ideal para o treinamento da velocidade &#40;600&#8208;900<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m por sess&#227;o de treino&#41;&#46;</p><p id="par0120" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Provavelmente&#44; a explica&#231;&#227;o para a sens&#237;vel melhoria do desempenho da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m &#40;diferente da diminui&#231;&#227;o encontrada para V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; est&#225; atrelada ao elevado volume de treinamentos t&#233;cnico&#8208;t&#225;ticos trabalhados no per&#237;odo analisado&#46; Estes treinamentos&#44; al&#233;m de promoverem melhoria da resist&#234;ncia durante o jogo<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0170"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">7</span></a>&#44; enfatizam a&#231;&#245;es espec&#237;ficas executadas pelos futebolistas durante as partidas&#44; como deslocamentos curtos&#44; acelera&#231;&#245;es&#44; mudan&#231;as r&#225;pidas de dire&#231;&#227;o e paradas bruscas&#44; o que certamente&#44; contribui para o desenvolvimento da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; j&#225; que estas a&#231;&#245;es s&#227;o semelhantes&#46; De fato&#44; Hill&#8208;Haas et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0265"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">26</span></a> demonstraram que os <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> realizados em treinamentos de campo reduzido em m&#233;dia tem dura&#231;&#227;o de 1&#46;42&#8208;1&#46;88<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>seg e dist&#226;ncia de 6&#46;3&#8208;9&#46;2<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#46; Durante as partidas a predomin&#226;ncia de <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> ocorre em dist&#226;ncias menores do que 20<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0175"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">8</span></a>&#46; Em m&#233;dia&#44; futebolistas realizam 100 <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> dos quais aproximadamente 65&#37; n&#227;o excedem 16<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0235"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">20</span></a>&#46;</p><p id="par0125" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">A partir destes pressupostos&#44; &#233; plaus&#237;vel destacar que estas sess&#245;es de treinos est&#227;o relacionadas em maior propor&#231;&#227;o a V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m do que V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; como observado nos resultados deste estudo &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0020">tabela 4</a>&#41;&#46; Os <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> s&#227;o realizados de diferentes formas durante as partidas&#44; Nisto&#44; importante entender que a capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o em curto espa&#231;o de tempo em pequenas dist&#226;ncias &#233; essencial para o desempenho na modalidade<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a>&#46; Era de se esperar&#44; portanto&#44; que a &#234;nfase dada nos treinamentos t&#233;cnico&#8208;t&#225;ticos implicasse nas respostas encontradas para a vari&#225;vel V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; coordena&#231;&#227;o intra e intermuscular das fibras musculares solicitadas<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0270"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">27</span></a>&#46; Certamente&#44; a ado&#231;&#227;o de meios de treinamentos de corridas r&#225;pidas&#44; como previamente demonstrada por outros estudos<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRefs" href="#bib0160"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">5&#44;6&#44;27</span></a>&#44; situa&#231;&#227;o esta pouco evidenciada na estrutura&#231;&#227;o do treinamento das 17 semanas da equipe observada e que poderia implicar em aumento significativo da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m entre os momentos do estudo&#46;</p><p id="par0135" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Al&#233;m disto&#44; o pr&#243;prio treinamento de pot&#234;ncia muscular prescrito durante 13 das 17 semanas observadas &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0010">tabela 2</a>&#41; pode ter contribu&#237;do para a sens&#237;vel melhoria da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m de M1 para M3&#44; apesar do baixo volume de treinamento verificado durante o per&#237;odo competitivo analisado&#46; A estimula&#231;&#227;o combinada destas capacidades atua positivamente no desenvolvimento das mesmas&#44; como j&#225; previamente demonstrado por outras pesquisas<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRefs" href="#bib0145"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">2&#44;5</span></a>&#46; O treinamento pliom&#233;trico influencia diretamente o desempenho de jogadores de futebol em <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> de 10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e 30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0225"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">18</span></a>&#44; e n&#227;o realizou sess&#245;es de treino de for&#231;a m&#225;xima &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0010">tabela 2</a>&#41;&#46; A for&#231;a m&#225;xima apresenta rela&#231;&#227;o com o desempenho da V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; bem como atua positivamente no desempenho da capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o e velocidade m&#225;xima<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0250"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">23</span></a>&#44; desde que respeitado o per&#237;odo &#243;timo de treinamento e caracter&#237;sticas competitivas do futebol&#44; situa&#231;&#227;o n&#227;o evidenciada nas sess&#245;es de treino dos jovens futebolistas analisados&#46;</p><p id="par0140" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Ademais&#44; os exerc&#237;cios utilizados no desenvolvimento da for&#231;a &#40;meio agachamento com flex&#227;o de 90&#176; do joelho&#44; cadeira extensora&#44; saltos verticais e horizontais que n&#227;o priorizam a capacidade reativa dos m&#250;sculos&#41; utilizados pela equipe enfatizavam o desenvolvimento de m&#250;sculos condizentes &#40;principalmente o quadr&#237;ceps&#41; com o desempenho de <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> em curtas dist&#226;ncias<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0250"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">23</span></a>&#46; Os exerc&#237;cios de for&#231;a que objetivam estimular a capacidade reativa dos m&#250;sculos ocasionam maior desenvolvimento da V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m para futebolistas&#44; j&#225; que influenciam positivamente o tempo de contato com o solo&#44; velocidade horizontal&#44; aumento da passada bem como a taxa de produ&#231;&#227;o de for&#231;a de <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprints</span> em maiores dist&#226;ncias<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0225"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">18</span></a>&#46;</p><p id="par0145" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Na V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m h&#225; menor frequ&#234;ncia e comprimento das passadas do que as demais fases do <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">sprint</span> de 30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; fato que deve ser evidenciado na prescri&#231;&#227;o dos treinamentos para a capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o e velocidade m&#225;xima em futebolistas<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0215"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">16</span></a>&#46; Provavelmente isto tenha influenciado os resultados das vari&#225;veis controladas neste estudo&#44; j&#225; que na sequ&#234;ncia dos microciclos prescreveu&#8208;se baixo volume de treinamentos com for&#231;a do tipo pliom&#233;trico ou bal&#237;stico&#44; caracter&#237;sticos da capacidade reativa do m&#250;sculo&#46; O fato &#233; que a acelera&#231;&#227;o e velocidade m&#225;xima s&#227;o distintas manifesta&#231;&#245;es da velocidade<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0245"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">22</span></a>&#44; sendo necess&#225;rios meios de treinamento espec&#237;ficos para desenvolvimento de ambas&#46;</p><p id="par0150" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Por outro lado&#44; durante as 6 semanas do per&#237;odo preparat&#243;rio n&#227;o foram enfatizados treinamentos de for&#231;a m&#225;xima&#44; pot&#234;ncia muscular&#44; velocidade m&#225;xima&#44; agilidade e capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o&#46; O per&#237;odo preparat&#243;rio da equipe apresentou valores maiores para resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia quando comparado ao competitivo &#40;17&#46;3 vs&#46; 5&#46;2&#37;&#41;&#46; Nesta linha&#44; Gorostiaga et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0185"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">10</span></a> apontam que a corrida cont&#237;nua de baixa intensidade realizada nas partidas e em meios competitivos de treinamento&#44; al&#233;m de n&#227;o provocar adapta&#231;&#245;es positivas para resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia&#44; podem causar efeito negativo no desempenho das capacidades neuromusculares para futebolistas&#46; De acordo com Barros et al&#46;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0235"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">20</span></a>&#44; 55&#46;3&#37; &#40;5&#46;537<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>263<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; da dist&#226;ncia total percorrida em jogos &#40;10&#46;012<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>&#177;<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>1&#46;024<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#41; por futebolistas profissionais brasileiros ocorre em baixa intensidade de deslocamento &#40;0&#8208;11<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>km&#47;h&#41;&#46; Desta forma&#44; o desempenho da V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m durante os momentos avaliados sofreu influ&#234;ncia destes est&#237;mulos realizados nos jogos&#44; al&#233;m dos meios competitivos e especiais de treinamento&#46; Isto evidencia a import&#226;ncia da organiza&#231;&#227;o racional das cargas de trabalho para jovens futebolistas&#44; tendo como objetivo durante a sequ&#234;ncia da temporada a manuten&#231;&#227;o e desenvolvimento das capacidades neuromusculares&#44; consideradas determinantes para o desempenho na modalidade&#46;</p><p id="par0155" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Nas 17 semanas observadas foi notado decr&#233;scimo para a vari&#225;vel V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e sens&#237;vel aumento do desempenho para V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#44; o que coloca em questionamento a fun&#231;&#227;o do treinamento ministrado para os sujeitos da pesquisa&#46; Nesta linha&#44; outros estudos tamb&#233;m n&#227;o reportaram melhoria da velocidade em jovens futebolistas<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRefs" href="#bib0175"><span class="elsevierStyleSup">8&#44;9</span></a> ap&#243;s treinamento sistematizado da modalidade&#46; Sup&#245;em&#8208;se que o treinamento prescrito deveria aliar&#8208;se ao processo de desenvolvimento e matura&#231;&#227;o natural da capacidade de velocidade dos jovens futebolistas&#46; Por consequ&#234;ncia&#44; sugere&#8208;se maior &#234;nfase no volume de treinamento for&#231;a m&#225;xima&#44; pot&#234;ncia muscular e velocidade em rela&#231;&#227;o a resist&#234;ncia aer&#243;bia j&#225; nas categorias sub17 e sub20&#44; pois h&#225; necessidade de aperfei&#231;oamento inicial do desempenho&#46; Contudo&#44; fatores como hist&#243;rico de treinamento&#44; reserva adaptativa destes desportistas&#44; n&#237;vel maturacional do indiv&#237;duo&#44; grau de desenvolvimento cognitivo e estrutura psicol&#243;gica para atuarem profissionalmente devem ser considerados&#44; o que remete &#224;s comiss&#245;es t&#233;cnicas das equipes a fun&#231;&#227;o de executarem o planejamento de maneira individualizada a cada jogador&#44; pois certamente ser&#227;o encontradas diferen&#231;as para futebolistas de mesma idade cronol&#243;gica&#46;</p><p id="par0160" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Os resultados do presente estudo permitem concluir que no treinamento da equipe n&#227;o se estabeleceu uma sequ&#234;ncia racional das cargas adotadas durante o per&#237;odo competitivo analisado&#44; tendo em consequ&#234;ncia decr&#233;scimo significativo de M1 para M3 para V30<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m e sens&#237;vel melhoria entre os momentos do estudo para V10<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>m&#46; Evidenciou&#8208;se a import&#226;ncia do predom&#237;nio de treinamento do tipo neuromuscular para o desenvolvimento da velocidade dos jovens futebolistas&#46; H&#225; necessidade de meios de treinamento espec&#237;ficos para melhoria das distintas manifesta&#231;&#245;es da velocidade &#40;capacidade de acelera&#231;&#227;o e velocidade m&#225;xima&#41;&#46; Entretanto&#44; quando a aten&#231;&#227;o volta&#8208;se a jovens futebolistas&#44; o volume&#44; a intensidade e a magnitude das sess&#245;es de treino devem adequar&#8208;se ao aperfei&#231;oamento inicial do desempenho&#44;
