La actinomicosis vesical primaria constituye una rara forma de presentación de esta enfermedad. Su principal problema radica en la realización del diagnóstico diferencial con procesos tumorales vesicales, con la consiguiente repercusión terapéutica.
Presentamos el caso clínico de un paciente afecto de actinomicosis vesical, comentando los datos más relevantes en su diagnóstico (incluyendo el mencionado diagnóstico diferencial) y tratamiento.
