Resumen
Presentamos un caso en el que el tumor urotelial se presenta como tumor vesical infiltrante en el momento del diagnóstico y tras tratamiento radical, recidiva en tracto urinario superior y posteriormente en el interior de la neo-vejiga ileal ortotópica, realizada tras la cistectomía radical. El tumor urotelial se caracteriza por su alto índice de recidivas, a lo largo de todo el tracto urinario

Abstract
A case of an infiltrating bladder tumor is reported. The pathology was treated by radical cistectomy and ortothopic neo-bladder. After treatment we identified disease in the upper urinary tract and inside the ileal neo-bladder. This case show us the high relapse index of this kind of tumours
