Resumen
Se presenta el caso de una mujer joven de 24 años que sufrió un traumatismo abdominal cerrado. La consecuencia de éste fue el hallazgo radiológico de una abolición de la unidad renal izquierda, secundaria a lesión trombótica en la arteria renal
El tratamiento fue conservador, y no se derivó actuación quirúrgica alguna

Abstract
We report a case of female 24 years old who had a blunt abdominal trauma. The immediate consequence was the radiological evidence of a left kidney abolition, secondary to a renal artery trombosis
The treatment was conservative, and there was not a surgical procedure
