La papilomatosis múltiple de la vía biliar es una causa de ictericia obstructiva extremadamente infrecuente. Comunicamos un nuevo caso de esta entidad; destacamos la fiabilidad de la ecografía preoperatoria y proponemos un novedoso tratamiento adyuvante (radioterapia intraluminal) tras manejo quirúrgico poco agresivo (colecistectomía, curetaje biliar y tubo de Kehr).

Multiple biliary papillomatosis is an extremely rare cause of obstructive jaundice. We report a new case, stressing the reliability of preoperative ultrasound and proposing a novel adjuvant treatment (intraluminal radiotherapy) after performing cholecystectomy, biliary curettage and T-tube insertion.
