Resumen
La orientación en el tratamiento de los linfomas gástricos de bajo grado MALT ha cambiado radicalmente en los últimos años. Presentamos el caso de un paciente con finfoma gástrico tipo MALT de bajo grado con regresión tumoral tras tratamiento erradicador de Helicobacter pylori. Se discute la indicación quirúrgica en los pacientes afectados de linfoma gástrico.

During the last few years approaches to the treatment of low-grade gastric MALT lymphomas has radically changed. We present the case of a male patient with regression of lowgrade gastric MALT lymphoma after Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. Surgical indication in patients with gastric lymphoma is discussed.
