Resumen
Presentamos un caso raro en una mujer de 65 años que tuvo un cáncer de mama ductal infiltrante, a la que se prácticó mastectomía radical seguida de quimioterapia y radioterapia, pero no tamoxifeno.
Un año después tuvo una metrorragia posmenopáusica, diagnosticándosele un cáncer endometrial y otra tumoración contigua, que resultó una metástasis miometrial del cáncer de mama.
Summary
We present a rare case. A 65 year old woman who had an infiltrant ductal cancer treated with radical mastectomy followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but no tamoxifen.
One year later she presented with postmenopausal bleeding which was diagnosed as endometrial cancer, and another adjacent tumour which was a myometrial metastasis of the breast cancer.
