Resumen

Presentamos la experiencia de nuestro grupo en el tratamiento quirúrgico de las lesiones carotídeas extracraneales mediante endarterectomía de la bifurcación carotídea durante 10 años. Hacemos especial énfasis sobre el manejo peroperatorio para su realización sin shunt endoluminal y en los resultados precoces.

Summary

We present our group's experience in extracraneal carotid stenotic lesions treated with carotid bifurcation endarterectomy in a 10 years period. We emphasize about peroperatory management without endoluminal shunt an earlier results.

Laburpen

Burezur kanpoko lesio karotideoen tratatze kirurgikoan gure taldeak 10 urtetan zehar bifurkazio karotideoaren endarterektomia bitartez izandako esperientzia aurkezten dugu. Bereziki azpimarratu nahi ditugu hura burutzeko kontrol peroperatorioa shunt endoluminalik gabe eta emaitza goiztiarrak.
