Investigaciones de Historia Económica (IHE) is the journal of The Spanish Association of Economic History. It has been in publication since 2005 and publishes three issues every year. It is a journal which is devoted to the publication of original high-quality research articles on Economic History and the History of Economic Thought. Manuscripts may be submitted in Spanish, English and Portuguese, but will only be published in Spanish or English. The evaluation process is carried out by external evaluators and is double-blind peer reviewed, neither the identity of the author/authors nor that of the evaluators -three in the event of a draw- being revealed. Previous to this, each manuscript will also have been assessed by the Editorial Board which will have decided on the advisability or not of proceeding with the evaluation.
