Pulmonary lesions are observed in the radiological images, consistent with metastasis. The definitive diagnosis is provided by the biopsy, showing Schwann cells and undifferentiated rhabdomyoblasts, being reported as triton tumor or malignant schwannoma, which has a very poor prognosis in the short term.</p><p id="par0010" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">The patient died in less than two weeks, just 5 months after the symptoms had appeared.
