    "textoCompleto" => "<span class="elsevierStyleSections"><p id="par0005" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">A 51-year-old patient with allergic contact dermatitis to <span class="elsevierStyleItalic">Kathon CG</span> who presented with a 1-month history of centripetal spread pruritic lesions&#46; The examination revealed an erythematous plaque with generalized furfuraceous desquamation and ring-shaped margins&#46; It extended through the upper dorsal area&#44; shoulders and neckline&#44; surrounding the base of the neck&#46; He also had similar lesions in the antecubital flexures &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#fig0005">Fig&#46; 1</a>&#41;&#46; The patient had applied topical corticosteroids without improvement and was under cyclosporine therapy for his eczema&#46; Fungus culture was positive&#44; confirming the suspected diagnosis&#58; tinea incognito&#46; It was treated with terbinafine 250<span class="elsevierStyleHsp" style=""></span>mg&#44; one tablet a day for 8 weeks&#44; with resolution of the lesions&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="fig0005"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0010" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Tinea incognito is a dermatophytic infection whose clinical appearance can be altered by the use of corticosteroids or topical calcineurin inhibitors&#46; Systemic treatments with immunosuppressants &#40;cyclophosphamide&#44; cyclosporine&#44; azathioprine and methotrexate&#41; have been associated with the spread of tinea&#46; Any of these agents also masks the clinical presentation&#44; as it happened in our case&#44; and it may be years before it is correctly diagnosed&#46;</p></span>"
