Almost continuous electrocardiographic strip of the DII lead recorded in a 21-year-old man with a history of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and arterial hypertension since the age of 15. A changing P-wave form is observed that alternates between two main patterns, one of them with a P-wave that has a duration of 80 ms and the other reaching 165 ms with a terminal negative component (± sign due to advanced IAB). Note that the heart rate is periodically changing due to respiratory sinus arrhythmia, and that the changes in P cannot be explained by respiratory movements. The lengthening of the RR interval is associated with the dissipation of the advanced IAB pattern, which tends to return when heart rate acceleration occurs (phase 3 aberration). In the fifth P-wave of the upper strip and the second of the lower one, it is observed that the terminal component of the P-wave is positive due to partial IAB, with both P-waves being the first of a series of aberrant beats that progress towards a higher blockage degree.</p>" ] ] ] "autores" => array:1 [ 0 => array:2 [ "autoresLista" => "Raimundo Carmona Puerta" "autores" => array:1 [ 0 => array:2 [ "nombre" => "Raimundo" "apellidos" => "Carmona Puerta" ] ] ] ] ] "idiomaDefecto" => "en" "Traduccion" => array:1 [ "es" => array:9 [ "pii" => "S0025775320303183" "doi" => "10.1016/j.medcli.2020.03.011" "estado" => "S300" "subdocumento" => "" "abierto" => array:3 [ "ES" => false "ES2" => false "LATM" => false ] "gratuito" => false "lecturas" => array:1 [ "total" => 0 ] "idiomaDefecto" => "es" "EPUB" => "https://multimedia.elsevier.es/PublicationsMultimediaV1/item/epub/S0025775320303183?idApp=UINPBA00004N" ] ] "EPUB" => "https://multimedia.elsevier.es/PublicationsMultimediaV1/item/epub/S2387020620303995?idApp=UINPBA00004N" "url" => "/23870206/0000015500000005/v3_202012250811/S2387020620303995/v3_202012250811/en/main.assets" ]
